Lars Andersson
Founding Partner, Chairman of the Management Committee, Member of the Investment Committee
Lars Andersson has worked in Investment Banking since 1993 and has deep relationships and knowledge in the healthcare, life science, agriculture and materials industries. Before founding the Incentrum Group, Lars was Vice Chairman of M&A and Head of Healthcare Investment Banking for the Americas at Morgan Stanley. Prior to that, Lars was Managing Director, Chairman of the Valuation Committee, and Global Head of Healthcare and Chemical Industry M&A at JPMorgan, before which he was an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Lars holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Law Degree (LLM) from Stockholm University.

Geoffrey D. Fink
Founding Partner, Chairman of the Investment Committee, Member of the Management Committee
Geoffrey Fink has worked in private equity for 20 years across a range of industries, with a particular focus on the TMT sector. Before founding the Incentrum Group, Geoffrey was a Managing Partner and Head of Investments at Delta Partners, a leading international TMT advisory and investment firm. Prior to joining Delta Partners, Geoffrey was Head of Eurasia (Emerging Europe) at TPG Capital where he led their Moscow office. Before that, he was based in London and Paris with TPG Capital. Previously, Geoffrey was Senior Vice President of Security Capital Group, a consultant and manager at McKinsey & Co., and held roles in investment banking with Goldman Sachs and PaineWebber. Geoffrey holds a JD from Harvard Law School, an MALD from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a BA from Yale University.

Christopher A. Ziebarth
Partner, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer,

Prior to joining Incentrum, Chris Ziebarth was the Executive Vice President & General Counsel at Kerzner International. Previously, Chris was a Corporate Partner with the law firm Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Chris holds a JD from Duke University School of Law and a BA from Middlebury College.

Michael McIvor
Partner
Michael McIvor has over 25 years of Investment Banking experience. Prior to joining Incentrum, he served as Managing Director and Vice Chairman of M&A at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, responsible for Healthcare. Prior to that, he was Co-Chair of the Global M&A Operating Committee and a member of the Fairness Opinion Review Committee at Bank of America Securities. Michael began his career in the M&A Department at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in 1992, was one of the founding members of the firm's Global Healthcare Group in 1997, and was appointed to run the Healthcare Services practice in 1999. His experience includes mergers & acquisitions, special committee and anti-raid advisory, joint ventures, spin-offs and restructurings, acquisition financing, demutualizations, IPOs, other equity, equity-linked and debt financings, on public, private, domestic and cross-border assignments with an aggregate value of over $500 billion. Michael holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA with High Distinction from The Amos Tuck School of Business, where he was also a Tuck Scholar, and is currently a member of the faculty.

Nils Krahe

Nils Krahe is an experienced finance professional with over 20 years of M&A experience in investment banking in the U.S. and Europe. He has advised on over 40 M&A transactions with more than $130 billion in deal value, including mergers, acquisitions, LBO / private equity transactions, corporate sales and divestitures, takeover defense and special committee situations. Prior to joining Incentrum Group, Nils was a managing director in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Nils graduated with distinction from both INSEAD (MBA) and The London School of Economics and Political Science (BSc Management Sciences).

Andrew Dechet
Partner, Member of the Investment Committee
Andrew Dechet has worked in private equity for over 20 years. Prior to joining Incentrum, Andrew served as a Partner at TPG Capital, in both London and San Francisco. Before that, Andrew worked in the corporate finance team at Goldman Sachs. Andrew holds a PhD and AB from Princeton University and was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University.

Bill Collatos has been involved in private equity investing since 1980. Prior to joining the Investment Committee at Incentrum, Bill co-founded Spectrum Equity in 1994, where he was a Senior Managing Director. Spectrum Equity is a leading growth equity firm providing capital and strategic support to innovative internet, software and information services companies. Spectrum has successfully managed eight funds over the past 24 years. Before forming Spectrum, Bill was a General Partner with TA Associates and MC Partners. Bill holds an AB from Harvard University.
