Tomer Regev is an experienced finance professional who has been a trusted advisor to management teams and boards of directors of many S&P500 companies on complicated corporate finance, M&A, capital structure, liquidity, return of capital policies, financial reporting and disclosure, investors communication, and transaction structuring issues.​ Prior to Incentrum, Tomer was Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance and Transaction Strategies Group at Morgan Stanley. During his 22-year tenure, he worked on hundreds of M&A transactions across sectors, was responsible for investment banking valuation practices, and played a key role in advising Morgan Stanley on many of its most meaningful transactions during and post-the 2008 financial crisis. Tomer holds a PhD and Masters from Columbia Business School and a BA with honors in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University.
